# Roles and permissions

This page summarizes the main actions available to each organization role in Aximo. You can check not only administrative actions around settings, but also actions controlled by permissions during workspace operations.

## Available roles

Aximo organization members have the following three roles.

| Role   | Purpose                                                                           |
| ------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Member | Standard role for daily workspace operations                                      |
| Admin  | Role for managing members and changing organization settings                      |
| Owner  | Highest role for all administrative operations, including organization management |

## Permissions

The main actions available to each role are as follows.

| View, create, update, and run workspaces, cases, plans, and sessions       |    ✓   |   ✓   |   ✓   |
| View the member list, pending invitations, usage, and billing information  |    ✓   |   ✓   |   ✓   |
| Resend and remove pending invitations                                      |    ✗   |   ✓   |   ✓   |
| Create and delete your own API keys linked to the current organization     |    ✓   |   ✓   |   ✓   |
| Invite Members or Admins                                                   |    ✗   |   ✓   |   ✓   |
| Invite Owners                                                              |    ✗   |   ✗   |   ✓   |
| Change the role of Members or Admins                                       |    ✗   |   ✓   |   ✓   |
